Terms & Conditions

Every quotation we issue is valid for seven (7) days from the date it is given. Within that period the quoted price is binding on us for the specification quoted.

After seven days a quotation lapses and must be re-confirmed, as material and component prices move. A quotation covers only the specification, quantity, materials and finishes stated in it. Any change to artwork, size, material, quantity or finish requires a fresh quotation.

We require an advance of 50% of the order value before production begins. The balance is payable on completion, before delivery or installation.

All prices are quoted exclusive of GST. GST is charged additionally at the applicable rate and shown separately on the tax invoice. Our GSTIN is 03AZHPC2225R1ZF.

Where you supply artwork, logos, images, fonts or any other design material, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or hold the licences needed to reproduce it. You remain responsible for it, and you agree to indemnify Mehak Creations against any third-party claim arising from material you supplied.

Before production we issue a proof for your approval. An approved proof is final. Once you approve it, production runs to that proof — and any reprint, remake or correction required afterwards is chargeable, including where the error originated in the artwork you supplied.

Please check spellings, phone numbers, measurements and colours carefully at proof stage. This is the point at which changes cost nothing.

Turnaround times quoted on this website and in conversation — including same-day and rush options — are offered on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. They depend on artwork approval timing, material availability, order volume and installation access.

We will always tell you honestly what is achievable for your job, and we will tell you promptly if a date is going to slip. We are not liable for losses arising from a delay in delivery.

Delivery and installation are provided free of charge on orders of ₹10,000 and above (excluding GST) within Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali.

Below that value, or outside those four cities, delivery and installation are chargeable and will be quoted before the order is confirmed.

Installation assumes safe and reasonable access to the site, a usable power supply where the product requires one, and any permission or approval needed from a landlord, building management or local authority. Obtaining those permissions is the customer's responsibility.

LED and electrical components supplied in illuminated signage carry a one (1) year warranty from the date of installation, covering failure in normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage from physical impact, tampering or unauthorised repair, power surges or incorrect electrical supply, water ingress caused by damage to the installed unit, storm or fire damage, or normal wear.

Warranty claims should be raised with us directly on +91 7355990099. We will inspect and, where the claim is valid, repair or replace the affected component.

Our work is made to order. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled and the advance is not refundable, because materials have been committed and machine time consumed specifically for your job.

If you need to cancel, tell us as early as possible. Where we have not yet started production we will refund the advance in full, less any design work already carried out.

Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order placed with Mehak Creations is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Zirakpur / Mohali, Punjab.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the date your order is confirmed. The date this page was last updated is shown at the top.
